Don't do your home exercises alone

Most of recovery happens at home, not in the clinic. What does Fizyo Takip give you, and why should you ask your therapist for it?

You see your therapist once or twice a week. The rest of the time, you are in the driver's seat. But stick figures on paper get forgotten, "how many reps was it?" goes unanswered and motivation drops by day three. It isn't your fault; the tool is missing.

Fizyo Takip puts the programme your therapist gives you in your pocket and keeps you connected to them. Here's how.

Your programme is always with you

Every exercise your therapist assigns is on your phone with its video, instructions and sets/reps. Not sure you're doing it right? Just replay the video.

When and how much is clear. "What was I supposed to do today?" is gone.

Your therapist sees your progress

As you complete exercises and log your pain, your therapist sees it. If a movement makes the pain worse, they can update your programme without waiting for the next session.

You follow your own progress on a chart, too. Seeing progress is the best motivation to keep going.

Appointments and messages in one place

See your appointments, request your therapist's available slots and send them any question that comes to mind.

Why can't you choose the programme yourself?

A client account doesn't let you pick exercises on your own; only your professional assigns your programme. That isn't a limitation but a safety measure: a move you saw online may not suit your condition.

That's why, for Fizyo Takip to help you, your therapist needs to use the app too.

A week with Fizyo Takip

  1. Day 1

In the session your therapist links you with a pairing code and assigns your programme.

  2. Days 2–6

At home you follow the videos, tick off what you finish and log your pain.

  3. Day 4

If a movement is tough, you message your therapist; they update the programme if needed.

  4. Day 7

You both arrive at the next session with the same data. Time goes to progress, not guesswork.

Ask your therapist

At your next session, just ask your therapist this. Download the app; once your therapist links you with a pairing code, your programme lands on your phone.

"Could you give me my home programme through Fizyo Takip?"
