Fizyo Takip is not a healthcare institution or a telehealth service provider. The application is a technological software infrastructure developed to enable physiotherapists to follow up their clients, create exercise programmes and use digital assessment tools.
Data processed within the application is processed solely for the purposes of clinical assessment and client follow-up, and is not used for medical diagnosis or treatment.
1. It Does Not Replace Medical Diagnosis or Treatment
This application:
- does not make medical diagnoses,
- does not determine a disease diagnosis,
- does not create treatment plans,
- does not recommend treatments or medication,
- does not issue prescriptions,
- does not perform medical intervention,
- does not replace the clinical assessment of a healthcare professional.
All clinical assessments, treatment plans and exercise selections relating to a client are the professional responsibility of the relevant physiotherapist or healthcare professional. In case of any symptom, doubt or health condition, a physician, physiotherapist or the relevant healthcare professional must always be consulted.
2. Analyses and Assessment Tools Are Supportive Only
Posture analysis, digital goniometer, AI-assisted analysis tools, gait analysis, functional tests, measurement results, scores and all similar outputs offered within the application are supportive in nature only.
These analyses and data:
- cannot be regarded as precise measurements,
- do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or clinical decisions,
- do not on their own constitute a basis for a clinical decision.
The accuracy of AI analyses may be affected by many factors such as device characteristics, camera quality, lighting conditions, image angle and environmental factors. The final assessment and decision always belongs to the relevant healthcare professional.
3. Exercise Programmes
- Exercise programmes assigned through the application must be performed only within the treatment and rehabilitation process determined by the relevant physiotherapist.
- Performing any exercise outside the assessment of a healthcare professional may pose a health risk.
- If pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any unusual condition is experienced during exercise, the exercise must be stopped immediately and the relevant healthcare professional must be consulted.
4. Not for Use in Emergencies
- The application is not designed for medical emergencies and must not be used in emergency situations.
- In a medical emergency, call 112 immediately or go to the nearest healthcare facility.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
- The application provides a software service only; professional responsibility for the delivery of healthcare services belongs to the relevant healthcare professional.
- The Service Provider cannot be held liable for damages arising from misinterpretation of analysis results, incorrect performance of exercises, or decisions taken without the assessment of a healthcare professional.
- Liabilities arising from mandatory applicable legislation that cannot legally be limited are reserved.
